Anita Gleave Expands Global Education Impact Through Blenheim Schools

Anita Gleave, a well-known leader in the international education landscape, is further cementing her influence through Blenheim Schools International, a group she founded to support high-quality global learning opportunities.
With a distinguished career spanning decades, Gleave has held senior roles across the independent education sector including teacher, headteacher, principal, and education director. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Oxford.

In 2018, Gleave established Chatsworth Schools, which quickly grew to include 15 nurseries and schools across the UK. Recognizing the growing demand for British-style education internationally, she launched Blenheim Schools in 2021 to focus specifically on overseas expansion. One of the group’s flagship institutions is Beech Hall School Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, which continues to set benchmarks in premium British international education.
In early 2025, Outcomes First Group acquired a selection of schools from Chatsworth Schools, including the Riyadh campus. Gleave formally joined Blenheim Schools to lead its international strategy and operations building on her vision to deliver innovative, inclusive, and globally relevant education.

Beyond her work in school leadership, Gleave is a strong advocate for women in education leadership. On International Women’s Day 2024, she launched “Ladies who LaunchED!”, a platform dedicated to supporting and celebrating women in the sector. The initiative aims to create mentoring networks, amplify voices, and inspire the next generation of female education leaders.
With her blend of academic insight, strategic leadership, and commitment to empowering others, Gleave continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of independent and international education.
